Hi All! It’s been an exciting time here at the Fallon Food Hub! It was late last year when we first made the acquaintance of Elizabeth Zach, a staff writer at RCAC. Elizabeth was writing an article about the Fallon Food Hub and how the partnership with RCAC helped grow our mission. After her time in Fallon, Elizabeth decided to submit a proposal for an article about Fallon & agriculture for publication in the Western Rural Development Center’s bi-annual publication “Rural Connections.” Her proposal was selected and she was able to write a piece delving into the many ways that Fallon is tied to agriculture.
