Board of Directors

President of the Board – Carol Lloyd

Carol is the Director of the Churchill County Library.  She is passionate about books, reading, ideas, and food.

Treasurer – Jake Coval

Jake Coval is an accountant at a local food manufacturing facility.  He holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Western Governors University.  Jake enjoys reading, playing music and watching the Chicago Cubs dominate in baseball.

Secretary – Sara Champneys

Sara has lived in Fallon most of her life and has a strong passion for this community. She is a Small Business Development Advisor and Marketing Director for the Churchill Economic Development Authority. Sara enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family and friends and fueling her body with locally sourced foods from this great land!

Member – Diana Johnson

Diana has lived in Fallon for 23 years.  She and her husband Stoney have a 20 acre homestead where they raise lamb and produce using organic practices.  She has been a school bus driver for the school district for 14 years.  Diana is very passionate about the Fallon Food Hub and loves to help others learn to live more sustainable lives.

Member – June Lindsey

June Lindsey has lived in Fallon for over 13 years.  She is the owner of the Sparta Athletic Training Center in Downtown Fallon.  June serves as the Marketing Director for the East Center Street Farmers Market and is involved with the revitalization of the Downtown Fallon.
